Several companies are outsourcing their call volume through Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then outsources to companies like MTM Call Center to find the people that are working from home or a remote call center location such as ourselves. We then connect them to fortune 500 clients in need of services. This is how it works, once you sign up to become an agent with Arise, which of course you want to access the website, www.arise.com, you will initially have to submit a background check, and once the background check is approved, you will then be opted to choose an IBO (Independent Business Owner). You will then have access to the Arise Portal, where you will have the option to choose the client of your choice. Now once a client is chosen, you will be prompted to pay for the certification and depending on the client, an assessment may be required, the certification class can range from 30-45 days. Once you certify for the company you choose to provide your services and you will begin taking inbound customer service calls from your home or from our remote call center location. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly into your phone line! You answer the phone as if you are in a call center! It’s a pretty cool concept. Customers are happier because they can speak to someone that they can understand and it gives people that can’t work outside the home or need flexibility an opportunity to be in business for them and make a living!
You have to be self disciplined and motivated and you also have to have some working knowledge of computers and technology. You choose whom you provide services for and the pay rate is based on the client you choose. You choose how much you work, full time or part time. You basically manage yourself.

What are cost of getting started?
Background Check ($7.95)
If you have felonies or bank fraud charges then you may not be eligible to provide services.
These fees are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not MTM Call Center.
What is a voucher?
From time to time MTM Call Center may offer a voucher to help reduce the cost of a certification course. The vouchers will either be for a limited time, select clients or be given by a scholarship.
Steps to receive a voucher:
You will need to start the registration process with the client of your choice, but DO NOT PAY.
Once you register it will tell you that you have 24 hours to submit payment.
Send me us email at firstname.lastname@example.org, when you at that portion and we will request the voucher be applied. (vouchers may take up to 48 business hours to be applied)
Once applied, we will send you an email letting you know you can continue the process and checkout.
The final cost at the checkout screen will reflect the voucher and you will pay the discounted price.
*Please note that because it may take up to 48 business hours to process a voucher, if you are interested in a high demand course that may fill up quickly, you may not receive your voucher in time. No refunds are given for vouchers nor credits towards future client certification courses.
